Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within Small and Business Banking. This role will support the strategy to support market planning and delivery across Small and Business Banking. This role plays a critical part in determining optimal staffing locations, designing branch alignment models, and driving strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the National Branch Network to ensure the acquisition and utilization of branch space aligns with business goals and enhances market presence for Small Business banking.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement a strategic portfolio management framework for market planning and delivery.
• Determine optimal staffing locations and timing across markets, including in-market and centralized Relationship Manager and Banker roles.
• Partner with the National Branch Network to identify and secure branch space to support business expansion.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align staffing and space planning with business growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
• Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
• Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in portfolio strategy, market planning, or branch network management within financial services.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market dynamics and tell a story.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing staffing models and branch alignment strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience working cross functionally,  with branch network, Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Business Partners and Directors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Expectations:

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $139,000.00 - $239,000.00
