For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Application Production Support, providing technical and functional support for in-house and third-party applications in production environments
- Hands-on experience with Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management, resolving issues within agreed SLAs using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Strong SQL skills across Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL and Sybase
- Solid knowledge of operating systems: Windows / Windows Server, Linux / RHEL and UNIX / AIX
- Experience with file transfer technologies: CFT, MQ, FTaaS, FTP, SFTP and PeSIT
- Experience with automation and monitoring tools: Batch, Autosys, Jenkins, Ansible and Dynatrace, with exposure to DevOps / SecDevOps practices
- Experience preparing environments for releases, running pre-production tests and supporting migrations, re-hosting and infrastructure changes
- Knowledge of networking (LAN, VPN, LDAP, Active Directory) and encryption (PGP, GPG)
- Knowledge of infrastructure and security: DMZ / DMZR (including DMZR as code), VMs, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Terraform, TLS / SSL, SSH, PKI, Certificates and SAST / DAST
- Familiarity with Cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Agile ways of working
- Banking sector knowledge
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon, 2/3x per week (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
