- People with real experience across mobile growth — ASO, CRO, performance marketing, retention, or data
- A strategic mindset — comfortable with experimentation, hypothesis testing, and reading user behavior
- Curiosity and adaptability — you pick up new tools and disciplines fast
- Strong client-facing instincts, or the drive to build them in an agency setting
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
