About You and The Role
As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll be part of Zipline’s frontline operations team responsible for the core execution of inventory handling, order picking, and package preparation. You will play a vital role in making sure every life-saving delivery is accurate, timely, and meets our strict quality standards.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that supports Zipline’s scale goals by ensuring warehouse activities are run with precision and discipline. The position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy structured routines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Handling & Management

Receive and log incoming stock into the inventory management system (Zipline’s proprietary fulfillment system, or FS).

Store products according to storage requirements (e.g., temperature-sensitive commodities).

Perform routine product cycle counts and support periodic stock audits.
Order Fulfillment

Accurately pick and verify items for customer orders.

Pack and label orders following SOPs to ensure safety and compliance.

Conduct quality checks before handing over packages to meet operational standards.
Safety & Organization

Keep the workspace clean and well-organized at all times.

Follow safety protocols and checklist procedures on every shift.

Participate in daily warehouse readiness checks and end-of-shift reviews.
Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with fulfillment specialists, flight operators, and CCC to align on daily priorities.

Flag inventory discrepancies or order issues promptly.

Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.

Contribute to a team culture of accountability and mutual support.
What You’ll Bring
-
HND, diploma, or vocational certificate. Background in sciences or logistics is a plus.

0–2 years of experience in warehouse or operations roles.

Comfortable with physical tasks—standing, walking, lifting.

Ability to follow SOPs and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld tools or scanners.

Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and in a physically demanding environment.
