The Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence is a strategic leader who builds and advances Ford's capability to turn complex marketing, consumer, competitive, and business data into smarter decisions. This role establishes the reporting, measurement frameworks, and analytical processes—including executive scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting—that explain what is happening, why, and what Ford should do next. Leading a high-performing intelligence team, this individual guides analytical deep dives that integrate marketing performance, consumer behavior, competitive intelligence, brand health, and media effectiveness to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges, and deliver actionable recommendations.
As a trusted advisor to senior marketing leadership, the Senior Manager translates complex data into compelling executive narratives, evaluates marketing investments, identifies performance drivers, and influences enterprise-wide marketing decisions—shaping strategy, investment choices, and campaign optimization. Working closely with Marketing Strategy, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Marketing Communications, Media, CRM, Product Marketing, Finance, and agency partners, this leader embeds Marketing Intelligence throughout the marketing planning process, from strategy development through campaign optimization and post-launch learning.
Beyond delivering insights, the Senior Manager is responsible for continuously modernizing the function—strengthening governance, standardizing measurement, advancing analytical capabilities, leveraging AI and automation, and building scalable processes and a high-performing team to elevate marketing effectiveness across the organization.

- Develop measurement frameworks that connect marketing investments to brand health, customer behavior, sales performance, and business outcomes.
- Build intelligence systems that connect insights directly to business actions, ensuring recommendations consistently drive campaign optimization, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
- Proactively identify emerging trends, performance risks, and growth opportunities through continuous monitoring of consumer, competitive, marketplace, and campaign data.
- Improve access to marketing intelligence by standardizing reporting, democratizing data, and building scalable self-service tools for stakeholders across the organization.
- Leverage AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to improve operational efficiency, accelerate insight generation, and enable deeper analytical work.
- Assess and continuously improve Ford's Marketing Intelligence maturity by advancing measurement capabilities, automation, governance, and technology adoption.
