We are seeking a Global Benefits Manager to join our global Total Rewards team, where innovation knows no borders. As Global Benefits Manager, you will lead the execution, governance and continuous optimization of our global health, wellness and recognition programs. You will turn complex regional requirements into clear operations, guide cross-functional partners through strategic rollouts and partner with external vendors to maximize program value. This role requires analytical rigor, strong financial discipline and the confidence to modernize traditional benefits operations.
What you'll do
Lead annual benefits renewals, enrollment cycles and wellness programs while partnering with brokers to negotiate cost-effective coverage.
Manage benefit financial workflows, partnering with Procurement and Finance to audit vendor invoices and optimize budget management.
Guide regional People teams and external consultants to ensure full regulatory compliance and seamless program delivery across diverse markets.
Design clear, engaging communications that educate team members and boost program participation year-round.
Use generative AI and workflow automation to streamline invoice auditing, analyze market trends and scale project rollouts.
What you'll bring
Minimum 5 years of international benefits administration experience in a global corporate or SaaS environment.
Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships, negotiate broker renewals and maintain regional compliance.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and financial management skills applied across cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated track record of designing strategic benefit communications that drive global team member engagement.
Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
