The Opportunity

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner supporting the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, you'll play a critical role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent that fuels Ingram Micro's continued growth. This position combines strategic talent advisory, full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder partnership, and talent market expertise across diverse markets and business functions.

Working independently with limited supervision, you will influence hiring decisions, lead recruitment initiatives, coach hiring managers on best practices, and drive process improvements that strengthen our talent acquisition capabilities. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, delivering results, thinking strategically, and creating outstanding candidate experiences.

The Impact You'll Make

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and countries within the MEA region, from workforce planning through offer acceptance.

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market insights that support effective hiring decisions.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, and external partnerships.

• Assess candidates through structured interviews and talent evaluation methods, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.

• Coordinate pre-hire activities, including offer management, background screening, candidate communications, documentation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a seamless hiring process.

• Partner closely with HR, hiring managers, and operational teams to support onboarding readiness, ensuring new hires experience a smooth transition into Ingram Micro from acceptance through day one.

• Drive recruitment projects and process improvements that enhance hiring effectiveness, operational excellence, and candidate experience.

• Leverage recruitment data, market intelligence, and hiring metrics to influence stakeholders and optimize recruitment outcomes.

The Expertise You'll Bring

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, geographies, or business units.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships with leaders.

• Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday Recruiting, and talent sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and manage top talent.

• Expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices and ability to source strong candidates for countries within Middle East and Africa.

• Experience leading recruitment projects, improving processes, and driving measurable hiring results in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong data acumen, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges and changing business priorities.
