Wage Range: $62,000 - $68,000 annually

Position Summary

The Corporate Programs Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful launch, implementation, stabilization, and ongoing performance of workforce development projects across Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS). Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this position serves as a corporate resource responsible for coordinating new contract start-ups, supporting operational transitions, implementing standardized service delivery models and systems, monitoring performance outcomes, and ensuring projects are positioned for long-term success.

The Corporate Program Specialist works across departments including Operations, Quality, Training, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Systems to execute strategic priorities, drive consistency, and support achievement of contractual performance objectives. This position is an ideal role for someone seeking to grow within Operations.

Essential Responsibilities
Project Start-Up & Implementation
•Coordinate new contract start-ups and project transitions.
•Manage implementation plans, timelines, and readiness activities.
•Support onboarding of project leadership and staff.
•Help establish and ensure deployment of operational tools, training, and standardized processes.

Performance & Operational Support
•Monitor project performance, contractual deliverables, and key metrics.
•Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
•Analyze reports and provide performance insights to leadership.
•Support projects in meeting quality, compliance, and performance goals.
•Ensure local projects are trained on and effectively implement all relative DWFS systems and models with efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Initiatives
•Lead and support special projects assigned by the VP of Operations.
•Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Quality, Training, HR, Finance, and Technology.
•Assist with process improvements and implementation of best practices.
•Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Training & Technical Assistance
•Provide implementation support and guidance to local project teams.
•Assist with development of operational resources and training materials.
•Facilitate start-up meetings, workshops, and project launch activities.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Workforce Development, or related field.
•3+ years of experience in operations, project management, workforce development, or program implementation.
•Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
•Experience working with performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and reporting systems.
•Ability to travel up to 40%.
