As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will engage in providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters, helping businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing to the team's success.

Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in providing guidance on transfer pricing matters to clients
- Assisting in the analysis of financial data to establish appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities
- Participating in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation to maintain compliance with tax regulations
- Conducting research on international taxation and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiatives
- Collaborating with team members to develop strategies for minimizing the risk of tax disputes
- Engaging in financial modeling and economic translation to support transfer pricing analysis
- Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and insights
- Applying a learning mindset to understand professional and technical standards in tax services
- Actively listening and asking questions to enhance understanding and contribute to team discussions
- Taking initiative to produce quality work that adds value for clients and supports team success
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Economics, Accounting, Finance
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA
- Demonstrating knowledge in Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS)
- Utilizing skills in financial modeling and statement analysis
- Engaging in international taxation and corporate structuring
- Applying understanding of macroeconomics and economic translation
