What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or user acquisition;
• Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads;
• Experience in mobile app marketing and user acquisition;
• Experience with app affiliate networks, Spotify Ads, or other acquisition channels is a plus;
• Familiarity with mobile attribution and measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust is a plus;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Comfortable managing performance marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns against ROI and growth targets across different markets;
• High level of English proficiency;
• A self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude;
• Passion for learning, experimentation, and scaling new businesses.

What you’ll do:

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Spotify, app affiliate networks, and other emerging channels;
• Manage campaigns across web and mobile across multiple international markets, continuously optimizing performance against growth and efficiency targets;
• Drive our app marketing strategy, with a strong focus on user acquisition, activation, conversion, and long-term user value;
• Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights to improve ROI and scale successful campaigns across channels and markets;
• Test, test, test – continuously develop and execute A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures;
• Identify and test new channels, partners, and growth opportunities, and scale those that demonstrate strong performance;
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Analytics, and other Marketing teams as part of an international team to improve campaign performance across the full customer journey;
• Closely monitor attribution and measurement across paid channels and mobile apps to ensure accurate tracking and informed decision-making;
• Keep up to date with global performance and mobile marketing trends, platform developments, and best practices;
• Continuously find new areas to improve and take ownership of turning opportunities into measurable results.
