myHQ is India's largest commercial real estate and flex workspace marketplace. Founded in 2016 by IIT Delhi graduates, we give 50,000+ enterprises- from early-stage startups to large MNCs and GCCs, access to 10,000+ workspace options across 10+ cities, covering coworking, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and managed offices.
In five years we've grown 30x and closed two back to back profitable years. Backed by ANAROCK Group and WeWork India, we're building toward ₹1,000Cr, and hiring the team that gets us there.

About the role
You will run myHQ's Google and Meta campaigns day to day, owning a defined set of products or cities. You will turn
budgets into high-quality leads at the right cost, run fast experiments, and report clearly on what is working.
What you will do
• Build, launch and optimise Google Search, Performance Max and Meta campaigns for assigned products and cities
• Manage day-to-day bids, budgets, keywords, negatives, audiences and placements against CPL and lead-quality
targets
• Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages
• Brief the design team on creatives and track creative fatigue on Meta
• Keep tracking healthy: GA4, GTM, conversion tags, offline conversion uploads and Meta CAPI
• Build daily and weekly dashboards in Sheets or Looker Studio and flag anomalies quickly
• Work with sales to review lead quality and feed learnings back into targeting
• Own campaign execution end to end in-house, with no external agency
What we are looking for
• 4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing
• Has managed ₹50L+ per month in ad spend, directly or as the primary account owner
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Google Search and Meta Ads
• Extensive experience in the Indian market
• Background in edtech, e-commerce or travel
• Strong with numbers: Excel or Google Sheets, GA4, basic attribution
• Detail-oriented, quick to test and comfortable owning targets
Good to have
• Lead-gen or B2B experience
• YouTube, Demand Gen or LinkedIn Ads
• Basic SQL or Looker Studio dashboards
