About the Role:
DENSO TEN AMERICA Limited (TNAM) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and key Planning Department activities. This position provides executive administrative support to the President and CFO while coordinating management meetings, executive communications, reporting activities, travel administration, and planning-related initiatives.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating across departments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring management activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
Position Description and Qualifications:
Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team across receiving, repack, and shipping operations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role oversees daily warehouse activities, ensures compliance with company policies, and maintains accurate inventory control. The Supervisor drives logistics execution, implements process improvements, and promotes employee engagement through team meetings, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen). With experience in warehouse operations and logistics, the Supervisor ensures smooth workflow, addresses discipline and attendance matters, supports 6S standards, and secures the facility. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, problem-solving skills, and a background in logistics and process improvement to achieve operational goals while fostering teamwork and high performance.
Required Skills and Education Requirements: The Warehouse Supervisor role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and develop a diverse team, with proven experience in logistics operations, including receiving, repack, and shipping. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of process improvement, problem-solving, and performance management, with the ability to enforce safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with proficiency in using warehouse systems and reporting tools to monitor results and drive continuous improvement.
