Responsibilities:
- Implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
- Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
- Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
- Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
- Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with PT Supervisor/team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements
MUST have:
- A valid, active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Texas
- Current BLS/CPR License
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
