Business Process Design & Workflow Automation Lead (all genders)

Technology only delivers value when the processes around it are well designed. You are the person who maps how marketing work actually flows and then rebuilds it to be faster, cleaner, and more automated. With Workfront as one of your primary platform and a broader automation toolkit at your disposal, you translate operational complexity into structured, scalable workflows. 

The work: 

• Lead business process design engagements for marketing operations clients, covering intake, briefing, approval, production, and reporting workflows. This includes reinventing them for the age of agentic. 

• Configure and implement e.g. Adobe Workfront to reflect agreed process designs, including custom forms, routing rules, templates, and portfolio structures. 

• Design automation scenarios using Workfront Fusion and other integration platforms to eliminate manual handoffs and connect marketing tools. 

• Facilitate workshops with marketing, operations, and IT stakeholders to surface requirements, validate designs, and drive alignment. 

• Document process maps, decision logic, and configuration specifications to a standard that supports long-term client self-sufficiency. 

• Define governance models, user access structures, and configuration best practices that scale beyond initial deployment. 

• Support change management and training activities to embed new ways of working post-implementation. 

 Here's what you need 

• Experience in marketing operations, workflow design, or process transformation, ideally with hands-on Adobe Workfront implementation exposure. 

• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to extract clear requirements from complex stakeholder environments. 

• Comfort operating in consulting engagements with structured deliverables and defined timelines. 

• A process-first mindset: you understand that good tool configuration starts with well-designed process. 

 

Bonus points if you have 

• Experience with additional workflow or project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet). 

• Exposure to Content Supply Chain or DAM-adjacent process design. 

• Familiarity with change management methodologies within technology programmes.
