Breakfast Line Cook

Shift time: 5:30 am - 12:30 pm - 5 days/week.
Must be available on weekends.

Start your day with a team that takes breakfast seriously. At Embassy Suites, our complimentary made-to-order breakfast is one of the things guests remember most, and our Breakfast Line Cook is at the center of it. You'll prepare cooked-to-order omelets, eggs, and griddle items in full view of guests while keeping the hot buffet stocked, fresh, and looking its best. Whether it's a busy weekday of business travelers or a packed Saturday with youth sports teams, you'll keep the line moving with speed, accuracy, and a friendly attitude.

In this role, you'll follow recipes and presentation standards, maintain proper food temperatures and safety practices, keep your station clean and organized, and work closely with the breakfast attendants and kitchen team to make every morning run smoothly. Early mornings are part of the job, but so are afternoons free, a consistent schedule, and the chance to make a real impression on guests before their day begins.

We're looking for someone with line or short-order cooking experience (breakfast experience is a plus), who stays calm under pressure, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in putting out a great plate every time. Food handler certification is preferred or can be obtained after hire.
