What We Are Looking For
Fiera Real Estate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Investor Relations to join our growing team.
This role will play a critical part in supporting investor reporting, fundraising initiatives, business development activities, and ongoing client service requirements across the platform. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, fund management, portfolio management, finance, legal, compliance, and global distribution teams to deliver high-quality investor communications and support capital formation efforts.
This position is ideal for an individual looking to build a long-term career in institutional real estate investment management, investor relations, and capital raising.
Your Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Client Service
- Lead the preparation and coordination of quarterly and ad hoc investor reporting materials.
- Support responses to investor, consultant, and due diligence requests, including RFPs, DDQs, ESG questionnaires, and other information requests.
- Coordinate investor onboarding activities, subscription processes, data room management, and client communications.
- Support investor meetings, annual meetings, LPAC meetings, consultant meetings, and other client-facing initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, consistency, and accuracy across all investor-facing materials.
- Assist in preparing fund presentations, market updates, investment summaries, and fundraising materials.
Fund Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare portfolio and fund-level analyses for investors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze portfolio composition, diversification, performance metrics, leasing statistics, capital structures, and other key investment data.
- Assist with benchmarking, market research, competitor analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the development and enhancement of reporting processes and analytical tools.
- Validate and reconcile information across Finance, Fund Management, Asset Management, and Portfolio Management teams.
Business Development & Capital Formation Support
- Support fundraising initiatives across existing and prospective investment products.
- Maintain CRM systems, investor databases, fundraising pipelines, and relationship tracking tools.
- Assist with preparation for investor conferences, roadshows, consultant meetings, and capital raising campaigns.
- Liaise with internal distribution teams across Canada and international markets to support investor engagement efforts.
- Help identify opportunities to improve investor experience and support business growth objectives.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Serve as a key coordinator across multiple internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of investor reporting requirements.
- Review and oversee work completed by Analysts and other junior team members when required.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and reporting enhancements.
- Leverage technology, AI-enabled tools, and data management solutions to improve team productivity and reporting quality.
- Support strategic projects and corporate initiatives as required.
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, asset management, real estate investment management, investment consulting, banking, private markets, or a related field.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of an organization.
Preferred
- Experience within institutional real estate, infrastructure, private equity, or alternative asset management.
- Familiarity with institutional fundraising, DDQ processes, and consultant relations.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and investor platforms such as Juniper Square.
- Previous experience at the manager level in a similar environment
- Knowledge of ESG reporting requirements and institutional investor expectations.
- Exposure to performance measurement, portfolio analytics, and real estate capital markets.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.

Additional Information:
- Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 4 days in-office per week.
- The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000. This salary range is for Ontario and may vary based on the candidate’s profile and experience.
