Investor Relations Manager

We are looking for a motivated Investor Relations Manager to join our high-performing Treasury & Investor Relations team on a fixed-term contract to September 2027, based at our corporate headquarters in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. This role offers direct exposure to investors, analysts, senior leadership, and ASX-listed company operations – an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a truly global business.

What you’ll do:

• Draft and review ASX disclosures and investor materials in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Lead the execution of the Investor Relations strategy and calendar, including investor engagement, results briefings, and roadshows.
• Act as a key point of contact for institutional investors and analysts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sell-side consensus to inform strategy.
• Maintain and update financial models, and prepare monthly reports for the CFO and Board.
• Conduct investor targeting and analysis to strengthen our shareholder base.
• Assist senior executives with market messaging and Q&A preparation for investor engagements.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or similar.
• Experience within an ASX-listed environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, equity valuation, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
