Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician.
You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Maimi, FL and report to the associate medical director.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• - Board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
• - Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• - Current unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain
• Two years' or more experience in primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic conditions
• - Bilingual in Spanish and English

If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Bachelor's degree 5 or more years of technical experience Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university Prefer Internal Medicine specialty Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$274,000 - $320,500 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
