Responsibilities:
Provide guidance of test plan for new products
Verify scripts from software develop team, give green lights for deployments
Improve test plan & test script to improve efficiency
Make improvement on coding and reduce UI and labor cost
Maintain reporting tool/website from test DB
Globally support test escalated issues
Leadership, provide technical direction to testing engineering team
Hiring and retaining test engineer talents

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering or relate
5+ years above in server/rack/storage/GPU industrial
Knowledge of programming and databases (Python and MySQL are required, PHP is preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma principles of continuous improvement
Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis

Salary: $119,000K-$150,000K+/DOE
