We are a growing, technology-focused scale-up creating software products dedicated to web accessibility. In this critical role as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will directly influence business growth by developing key client relationships, increasing platform adoption, and driving long-term retention across major enterprise accounts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership: Take complete ownership of key corporate accounts, building trusted relationships with executive leaders.
- Proactive Account Growth: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities (up-selling and cross-selling) in close collaboration with Enterprise Sales and Product units.
- Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Lead smooth client onboarding, ongoing platform adoption, and complete contract renewal processes.
- Data-Driven Success Reviews: Conduct routine operational and strategic business reviews to show clear value and measurable return on investment.
- Risk Prevention & Retention: Spot early churn signs promptly and deploy targeted retention plans to maintain strong account health.
- Cross-Departmental Synergy: Act as the primary link connecting corporate clients with internal technical, product, and revenue teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
Core Criteria
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in Account Management or Enterprise Customer Success within a fast-growing tech start-up or scale-up environment.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Outstanding spoken and written capabilities in both German (C1) and English (C1).
- CRM Expertise: Direct experience utilizing modern customer management tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strategic Skillset: Strong analytical reasoning, proven negotiation skills, and an organized, self-reliant approach to work.
