Job Description:
Position Summary
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is an experienced individual contributor responsible for full-cycle recruitment with a heavy emphasis on proactive sourcing across engineering, technical, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
This role partners closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into targeted recruiting strategies, actively builds talent pipelines, and delivers high-quality hires in competitive talent markets. The position operates with moderate autonomy, solving complex recruiting challenges and influencing hiring outcomes through data, market intelligence, and consultative guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnering
- Partner with hiring managers across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and corporate functions to define hiring needs and success profiles
- Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, market conditions, and competitive positioning
- Lead intake discussions and develop structured hiring strategies aligned to business priorities
Sourcing & Pipeline Development (Primary Focus)
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates across specialized technical domains (e.g., semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing engineering)
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles in Taiwan and broader Asia markets
- Leverage multiple channels including direct sourcing, referrals, industry networks, and talent mapping
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market intelligence and hiring outcomes
Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, offer negotiation, and close
- Conduct structured interviews to assess both technical capability and behavioral/values alignment
- Manage candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Guide hiring managers on interview practices, candidate evaluation, and decision making
- Facilitate interview debriefs and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to recruiting processes, compliance requirements, and global/local employment regulations [
Market Intelligence & Data Utilization
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates)
- Use data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes
Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
- Represent the organization in the external talent market through outreach, networking, campus event and industry engagement
- Partner with TA and marketing teams to support employer branding initiatives in Taiwan
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing
- Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering, technical, or manufacturing roles
- Experience operating in competitive talent markets (Taiwan or broader APAC preferred)
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools
