DriveNets' solutions power production networks for global tier-1 operators like AT&T and Comcast, and scale multi-vendor AI infrastructures at foundation model labs, NeoClouds, and enterprises.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and other Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challengesAnalyze existing Finance processes, identify gaps and manual activities, and design scalable solutionsTranslate Finance requirements into system configurations, workflows, controls, reports, and automationLead implementation projects from requirements definition and solution design through testing, UAT, deployment, and adoptionEnsure implemented solutions support accounting requirements, internal controls, data accuracy, and audit readinessDocument implemented processes, system logic, controls, and user proceduresServe as Finance's hands-on NetSuite implementation expert — designing and implementing configurations, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and approval processesImprove the use of NetSuite across Finance and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual workSupport the implementation of new NetSuite modules and functionality, coordinating system changes and integrations with internal stakeholders and external implementation partnersLead testing, UAT, issue resolution, and user training for Finance-related system changesIdentify practical opportunities to use AI and automation across Finance; evaluate, select, and implement AI-based tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and decision-makingBuild or implement AI-enabled workflows for reconciliations, month-end close support, journal-entry review, variance/anomaly detection, forecasting, and management reportingDevelop AI assistants or agents that can securely analyze financial information, answer Finance-related questions, generate reports, and flag items requiring reviewEstablish validation, access, and control mechanisms for the use of AI in Finance, and continuously monitor and improve implemented solutionsSupport Finance-related integrations between NetSuite and systems such as Salesforce, DealHub, Combitas, banking platforms, procurement tools, and reporting solutionsDefine data flows, business rules, controls, and reconciliation requirements, working with internal IT teams and external vendors on technical integration activitiesDevelop Finance dashboards and self-service reporting where required Technical Skills7+ years of experience implementing or improving Finance systems and processesStrong hands-on NetSuite implementation and configuration experienceDemonstrated experience translating accounting and Finance requirements into working system solutionsPractical experience automating Finance or accounting processesStrong understanding of core accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial dataExperience leading implementation projects end-to-end — requirements gathering, process design, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and user trainingHands-on experience implementing AI, Generative AI, or advanced workflow-automation solutions in a business environmentExperience working with APIs, data integrations, or automation platformsFamiliarity with SQL, data models, BI tools, or scripting languagesUnderstanding of AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and secure access to enterprise data is an advantageExperience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantageExperience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, or SuiteScript is an advantageBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldCPA, MBA, NetSuite certification, or relevant systems and AI certifications are an advantageSoft SkillsAbility to work directly with Finance users and independently drive solutions from concept through implementationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to bridge Finance and technology teamsAbility to identify appropriate Finance use cases for AI and convert them into practical, controlled solutionsNice to Have / AdvantageExperience working within a corporate Finance organization or implementing solutions directly for Finance teamsExperience in a technology, manufacturing, inventory-based, or multinational companyExperience with inventory accounting, standard costing, intercompany processes, and multi-subsidiary ERP environmentsExperience integrating NetSuite with CRM, CPQ, procurement, banking, or planning systemsIf your experience is close but doesn't fulfil all requirements, please submit your application.
