Videographer

All American Roof Pros is looking for a full time creative, motivated Videographer to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys storytelling through video and wants to help bring a growing brand to life.You’ll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to capture, edit and produce engaging video content that represents who we are—our people, our culture and our work.What You’ll DoCapture high-quality video content for marketing, social media, recruiting, and internal useEdit videos for various platforms (social media, website, ads, presentations)Collaborate with the team to plan creative concepts and campaignsFilm team events, job sites, interviews, testimonials, and company culture contentManage video files, footage organization, and basic production workflowsBring creative ideas to the table while staying aligned with brand standardsTake feedback well and continuously improve content qualityWhat We’re Looking ForCreative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling and detailMotivated self-starter who takes ownership of projectsTeam player who communicates well and collaborates easilyExperience with video recording and editing (professional or portfolio-based)Comfortable working in both office and field environmentsAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple projectsFamiliarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)Bonus (Not Required, but Nice to Have)Experience creating short-form social media contentPhotography skillsDrone footage experience (licensed preferred, not required)Knowledge of social media trends and formatsWhy All American Roof Pros?Supportive, team-focused cultureOpportunity to be creative and make a real impactGrowing company with room for growthFun team events, collaboration, and a positive work environment
