Description
Engagement: Full-time or Part-time (open to either for the right person)
Location: Onsite – Sacramento, CA
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

- Capture high-quality video for social media, marketing campaigns, interviews, podcasts, product demonstrations, events, and branded content.
- Set up and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment for a variety of shooting environments.
- Collaborate with our team to plan shot lists, camera angles, and creative approaches before each shoot.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and brand standards across all productions.
- Manage and organize footage after each shoot so files are ready for post-production.
- Adapt quickly on set and solve production challenges while maintaining efficiency.
- Help create engaging visuals that perform across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- 2+ years of professional videography experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong camera work.
- Excellent understanding of camera operation, composition, framing, movement, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with professional mirrorless or cinema camera systems.
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques for interviews, products, and lifestyle content.
- Ability to capture clean, professional audio using lavaliers, boom microphones, and other recording equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce polished footage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both talent and team members.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple shoots while meeting deadlines.
- Must own professional video equipment, including camera, lenses, tripod, lighting, audio gear, and any other essential production equipment.
- Optional Canon camera equipment is available to use when needed, but applicants should be comfortable providing and operating their own gear for most productions.
- Experience filming for brands, businesses, or creator-focused content.
- Experience capturing footage for podcasts or multi-camera productions.
- Drone certification or experience operating drones.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and platform best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for organizing footage is a plus but not required.
- A short introduction about yourself and your experience behind the camera.
- A link to your portfolio, reel, or 2–3 examples of projects that best showcase your videography work.
- A brief list of the camera, lenses, lighting, audio, and other production equipment you own.
