you work hand-in-hand with our customers,

Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support the G2M strategy in EMEA for the defense business Analyze market data, independent reports, Infineon’s revenue dashboards, and DWIN funnel to create a comprehensive market model and identify areas for revenue growth and new business development Provide up-to-date business analytics on the current status and future development of the business, supporting regular internal reports and Bluebook presentations Engage frequently with internal stakeholders across the company, including sales and distribution channels Contribute to pricing guidelines , maximizing value and supporting negotiations and quoting activities Engage with key customers to strengthen business relationships, identify opportunities, and shape Infineon’s aerospace and defense strategy Collaborate regularly with Product Lines (PLs) and regional marketing stakeholders on product- and application-related topics; build a comprehensive application management collateral portfolio for defense applications Maximize design wins and revenue across all EMEA Defense  customers in support of sales activities Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  As a Senior Staff Specialist Business Development, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, y ou are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. Lastly,  y ou work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient. Degree in Engineering or Mathematics/Physics At least 6 years of professional experience in product management, business development, customer engagement, or data analysis within the technology industry Proven familiarity with Infineon’s portfolio and the ability to develop in-depth expertise based on customer requirements Proactive mindset and adaptability to dynamic responsibilities within a new and growing team; being a positive team player is essential Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging with customers Proven knowledge of Infineon’s network and procedures , combined with a business-oriented and strategic perspective Willingness to travel internationally and engage directly with key customers Proven experience in customer relationship and portfolio management Capability to develop and deploy data management systems Excellent communication skills , with fluency in German and English ; French and/or Italian would be considered an advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
