Systra is looking for Monitoring Engineer position for Noida location.
Missions/Main Duties
- 2–3 years of experience in NOC / Monitoring / Operations roles
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, preferably Centreon, Nagios, Azure Monitor etc
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring concepts
- Experience in incident management and alert handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Basic database knowledge (MySQL/MariaDB, queries, performance concepts)
- Exposure to ITIL-based operations
Profile/Skills
- Perform 24x7 monitoring of applications, systems, and infrastructure through NOC tools
- Handle application performance monitoring, alert analysis, and initial troubleshooting
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance KPIs
- Use Centreon for infrastructure and performance monitoring
- Identify, log, and escalate incidents as per defined SLAs
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for incident resolution
- Maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports
- Follow SOPs and document incidents, resolutions, and trends
