Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Client Experience - Office Assistant will be expected to provide general assistance and customer service support in the Client Experience office. Responsibilities will include information distribution, membership sales and general customer service inquiries.
Duties
Greet and welcome customers
Respond to in-person, telephone and email inquiries
Provide general information regarding Athletics and Recreation programs such as fitness courses, camps etc.
Process membership registrations, locker sales, rentals, sports camps registrations etc.
Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required depending on the schedule/availability.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Ability to learn new software
Customer service-oriented
Strong attention to detail
Bilingual (French and English) required
