CNC Laser Operator Bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM
Pay: $22.00/hour

Position Summary

Top Metal Solutions is looking for a dependable CNC Laser Operator to join our fabrication team. This role is responsible for operating CNC cutting equipment, producing quality parts, and supporting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser, plasma, and router cutting equipment.
• Load materials and run pre-programmed CNC files.
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments.
• Inspect parts for quality, measurements, and accuracy.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
• Use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
• Work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of CNC machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC Laser, Plasma, Router, or Press Brake equipment.
• Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Experience working with metal materials.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
