Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Pricing Data Analyst to support our global product portfolio activities across their full lifecycle. In this role, you will act as a key contributor to portfolio transparency, complexity reduction, and profitability tracking. Required Skills & Experience
Education: Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related academic field.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities. Proven ability to clean and manipulate data, derive meaningful insights, and prepare clear, actionable summaries for executive decision-making.
Domain Interest: A genuine interest in Product Line Management, portfolio strategy, and corporate pricing structures, paired with a high motivation to learn within an international framework.
Communication Skills: Clear, collaborative, and confident communication style. Comfortable preparing professional presentations, writing detailed meeting notes, and delivering concise updates to cross-functional stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience or familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or similar data visualization and ERP software is considered a strong plus.
Professional Attributes: Highly reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented working style. Possess the organizational capacity to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously, follow up rigorously on open action items, and maintain exceptional documentation quality.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Support: Assist with Product Line Management activities across all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial new product introductions (NPI) and portfolio maintenance to final phase-out stages.
Portfolio Transparency & Diagnostics: Prepare detailed data analyses, maintain up-to-date portfolio overviews, and support regional and cross-functional follow-up actions to drive visibility into portfolio complexity, performance, and profitability.
Risk & Shortage Management: Support cross-functional raw material shortage and risk management initiatives. Develop comprehensive product impact overviews, track mitigation actions, and help coordinate critical inputs from stakeholders in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales, and R&D.
Tools & Report Maintenance: Prepare and maintain essential PLM infrastructure, reporting files, and working data. This includes owning portfolio baselines, phase-out trackers, target portfolio trackers, product classification files, and master data follow-up lists.
Operational Execution: Assist with daily operational PLM tasks, including IDH/RSN reviews, product creation workflows, master data integrity checks, gathering meeting materials, and documenting strategic decisions and next steps.
Strategic Initiative Tracking: Support high-level strategic portfolio initiatives, such as defining target portfolios, conducting promote range reviews, executing complexity reduction/product rationalization plans, and tracking implementation across various departments.
