Overview:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
Personnel Data & Document Management
- Completion of personnel files (Hard files) of all active employees
- Ensure closure and proper documentation of files for exiting employees
- Coordinating for collection of employee documents
- Co-ordinating & sending emails to new joiners for on-boarding documents and compliance form filing.
- Enrolling new joiners in the group policies
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of new hires
Compliance Support
- Time Keeping & Attendance Management
- Preparing / collecting documents for Entity Name Change Process
- Coordinating with Compliance vendor for Entity Name Change Process
- Supporting for maintenance of Statutory Compliance documents like PF, ESI, MLWF, ER & Labor related records.
HR Administration
- Supporting End-to-End HRG process as & when required
- Leading on formatting & updating all documentation for integration process.
- Policy & Process Documentation & maintenance.
Exit & Retirement
- Preparing Exit documents & sharing them with the said employee.
- Issuing Relieving Letter and experience letter
- Ensure the deletion of exit employee name from the group policies
- Completing all documentation related to exit like gratuity documents, etc.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
- Monitor invoice payments (as required)
- Processing of New Hire, Exit & Transfer Tickets if & when needed.
- Coordinating with the hiring team, IT & Admin team for new joiner arrangements & settling on the first day.
- Supporting in employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience (preferable if worked as an HR generalist in manufacturing and IT industries).
- Proactive “go-getter” attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good email writing and documentation skills
- Notice period: Immediate to 30–60 days preferred
