As a Services Manager for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Station Management, you'll be the driving force behind the safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance of power generation stations. You'll lead the planning and execution of maintenance programmes, champion continuous improvement, and be the trusted partner that keeps critical infrastructure — and customer relationships — in excellent shape. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, finds satisfaction in solving complex operational challenges, and wants their work to have a direct, tangible impact on the energy transition.
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead maintenance operations — plan, implement, and control maintenance activities for power generation plant or large industrial facilities with rotating equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
- Manage project execution — coordinate O&M activities within defined financial and commercial parameters, keeping projects on schedule and customers informed and satisfied.
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement — troubleshoot operational issues, propose improvement solutions, and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee budget fundamentals — monitor operational costs and apply sound budgeting practices to support financial performance.
- Serve as the key customer interface — build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for station management matters.
Who You Are

Preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to document and communicate findings clearly
- Experience planning, marketing, and executing operational programmes
- Established project management skills and familiarity with project management methodologies
A formal qualification in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field is advantageous, but we are most interested in your total professional experience and demonstrated achievements in comparable environments.
