Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage variations, claims, and commercial submissions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess and evaluate IFT versus IFC design changes and determine their commercial impact.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and variation submissions.
- Administer lump-sum contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Prepare and manage contractual and commercial correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and support commercial reporting to ensure effective cost control.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and evaluate changes affecting project costs and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company commercial procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Extensive experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
- Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of variations, claims management, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.
- Sound understanding of IFT and IFC drawings and change assessment.
- Excellent commercial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
