Job Description:

- Challenging, collaborative, and team-based environment
What You’ll Do
The mission of the MHE and Automation Solution Delivery team is to partner with our business, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that support distribution and fulfillment operations across the TJX global supply chain. Our team supports new site deployments, automation and material handling solutions, vendor integrations, solution design, product delivery, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
We are looking for a Product Analyst II to join the MHE and Automation Solution Delivery team. In this role, you will work as part of an Agile product team and help translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and implementation support deliverables. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Project Managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams to help deliver reliable and sustainable technology solutions for our distribution and fulfillment network.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working through ambiguity. This person should enjoy learning business processes, asking thoughtful questions, documenting requirements, validating solutions, supporting testing, and helping teams deliver outcomes that improve operations. This role is well suited for someone who can balance business process understanding, Agile delivery practices, technical curiosity, and strong communication.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in supply chain, distribution, fulfillment, warehouse management, material handling equipment, automation, robotics, or vendor-delivered technology solutions.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Visio, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar collaboration and delivery tools.
- Experience supporting technology implementations involving vendors, infrastructure, integrations, security, architecture, or operational readiness.
- Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience creating BRDs, process flows, wireframes, test plans, test scripts, and implementation support documentation.
- Experience supporting end-to-end testing, UAT, defect triage, hypercare, or production support transition.
- Understanding of change management, non-functional requirements, solution design, security intake, architecture review, or infrastructure engagement processes.
- SAFe certification preferred.
- Curiosity about technology, operations, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to build relationships, ask good questions, listen deeply, and influence without direct authority.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT delivery skillset, training, or experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment, product team, IT delivery team, business analysis role, or related position.
- Experience eliciting, documenting, and refining requirements with business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience creating or supporting user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, process flows, requirements documentation, or similar delivery artifacts.
- Experience participating in functional testing, UAT, defect management, or solution validation activities.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed environment with business, engineering, vendor, and IT partners.
- Ability to learn business processes quickly and translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery artifacts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and escalate risks or blockers appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear written documentation.
- Willingness to support deployments, testing events, and hypercare activities, including occasional travel to distribution or fulfillment sites as business needs require.
