You will be close to meaningful work that protects customers, associates, systems, data, and trust. You will gain exposure to senior leadership, important partnerships, and the operating rhythms of a mission-critical Information Security organization. This is a role for someone who wants more ownership, more variety, more trust, and more opportunity to grow.
Required Qualifications
Day to day, you'll...
- Support executive calendars, communications, meetings, travel, follow-ups, and daily operating needs for the CISO and two Vice Presidents.
- Help the Information Security Department run smoothly by coordinating leadership meetings, department events, off-sites, partner briefings, external engagements, and other high-visibility activities.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel for executives and groups, including logistics, itineraries, contingencies, and expenses.
- Use Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools such as Copilot to summarize information, prepare materials, identify follow-ups, and improve workflows.
- Serve as a professional connection point for internal teams, vendors, advisors, partners, and other third parties that support Information Security.
- Track commitments, deadlines, decisions, and action items so work keeps moving after meetings end.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- At least one year directly supporting an executive or senior leader
- Progressively senior experience in executive, administrative, department, office management, or operations support
- Strong organization, follow-through, judgment, discretion, and comfort managing competing priorities
- Practical technology fluency, including Microsoft 365 and everyday use of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Copilot
- Clear communication, professional presence, and the ability to work well with executives, associates, vendors, partners, and guests
- Ability to work on-site in Kansas City, Missouri
