Role Overview
In this role, you will troubleshoot and service commercial security systems, advise the customer and the customer care center on inspection and system status, and deliver practical solutions at the time of service. The focus is on responsive service, clear communication, and dependable repairs that help customers stay protected and operational.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare trouble order forms to document temporary repairs and service actions.
- Communicate system and inspection status clearly to customers and the customer care center.
- Coordinate inspections and installations with police, fire departments, or other appropriate agencies when required.
- Provide recommendations, solutions, and quotes to support customer needs and facility efficiency, including appropriate upselling opportunities.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and act as a trusted advisor during each service visit.
How You Will Do It
- Own the outcome at the customer site by troubleshooting efficiently, confirming repairs, and keeping safety and integrity front and center.
- Stay close to the work by tracing faults in wiring or equipment, then readjusting, repairing, or replacing components and testing them for reliable operation.
- Focus on what matters by giving clear status updates, removing obstacles for customers, and coordinating with the right agencies when inspections or installations are needed.
- Improve every day by documenting temporary repairs accurately, sharing candid observations, and using each service call to create a better result next time.
- Win as one team by working closely with customer care and internal partners, and by turning customer feedback into practical solutions and quotes.
