Associate Solution Consultant

Role purpose

Support the sales cycle by assisting in solution design, technical consultation, product demonstrations, implementation, and customer support. This role provides an excellent development opportunity for fresh graduates to gain exposure to both business and technical aspects of the IT industry.

50% Post-Sales

Key Responsibilities

Presales (50%):

• Support Sales team in understanding customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing solution proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) activities under guidance of senior engineers.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to identify suitable solutions.
• Keep up to date with vendor technologies and market trends.

Post-Sales (50%):

• Support implementation, configuration, and deployment of solutions.
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for customers and partners.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.
• Assist in user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Software Solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English.
