Job Summary
Support administration and execution of Procurement's Grants & Loans compliance program through documentation management, reporting, certification tracking, audit support, and process execution. Works with minimal supervision and demonstrates a self-driven, solutions-oriented approach. Writes deal summaries and deal details for more basic agreements. Applies various pricing models, cost containment models, pricing caps, and indices, and uses the total cost-of-ownership model as appropriate. Understands each party’s interests in negotiations and how issue recognition fits into the negotiation process. Leads and facilitates meetings effectively.Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Administer BABA and other supplier certification programs.
- Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready procurement files.
- Track CPA requirements and documentation retention.
- Manage supplier certifications and required procurement records.
- Maintain dashboards, compliance trackers, and reporting tools.
- Monitor compliance milestones and identify documentation gaps.
- Coordinate with sourcing teams, project teams, contract management, legal, and suppliers to secure required documentation.
- Support audits and agency reviews.
- Assist with development of procedures, templates, and training materials.
Business Impact
- This role provides operational execution and documentation management necessary to maintain audit readiness, reporting accuracy, and compliance visibility across funded capital projects.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field of study, or Associate's degree in Business Administration and two (2) years' of procurement experience in buying, contracting, or supply chain.
Work Experience requirement listed below:
Minimum of three (3) years' of related supply chain experience, in addition to any years' of experience identified above.
