The Opportunity:
- Ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of IT systems and applications through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
- The role supports business operations by managing system upgrades, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and delivering reliable IT solutions that meet organizational needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and maintain systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Analyze software and hardware problems and coordinate effective, practical solutions.
- Perform system software upgrades, including planning, scheduling, testing, and coordination.
- Ensure availability and reliability of systems and application environments through proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to corporate and divisional policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant governmental and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure IT applications effectively meet organizational needs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external stakeholders on matters related to IT applications.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and work schedules.
- Work effectively in a team environment that includes both infrastructure and application specialists.
- Successfully execute IT projects deployed locally or initiated by corporate groups.
- Maintain strong awareness and appreciation of internal and external customer needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Provide IT technical expertise and collaborate with various site functions, including Engineering and Manufacturing Operations.
- Perform detailed operational analysis of data collection systems and control software.
- Prepare testing and validation documentation, including the execution of hardware and installation activities for manufacturing systems where applicable.
- Lead the development and management of external vendor technical resources to support solution implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot control systems to optimize operational performance.
- Communicate regularly with project teams, providing updates, reports, and project evaluations.
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal and external users across various systems.
- Lead design reviews to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
- Ensure testing and change control activities comply with corporate policies and standards.
- Oversee integration of hardware, software, communication protocols, and user interfaces to ensure seamless system operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
- Understanding of GAMP 5 or SQA (Software Quality Assurance) or equivalent knowledge
- Excellent communication skills include the ability to translate technical information into basic understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with a diversity of people at an individual and team level.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
