What You Will Do

• Drive a Culture of Readiness by coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs that ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence.

• Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes.

• Champion Patient Safety Initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies that protect our patients and clinical staff.

• Transform Data into Insight by analyzing diverse clinical and financial metrics to produce meaningful reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth.

What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Quality Professional preferred.
• Risk Management preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Additional Preferences

• Successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably with background in accreditation or regulatory compliance.  Additional beneficial skills would include: efficient and highly organized, able to multi-task, able to interpret complex regulator standards, strong emotional intelligence and positive team skills.  Must have ability to travel between hospital locations.
• Day shift, hours are typically between 730am and 5:30pm
