This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will remain visible, help to deter incidents, assist visitors and staff, and contribute to a reliable, people-first team culture built on integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and employees by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate entry points within the location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries, help to deter unauthorized access, and document security-related events in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying the appropriate contacts and supporting emergency response activities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, gates, trailer yards, and perimeter to identify unusual activity, report concerns, and support security-related operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of visitor traffic, vendor arrivals, shipment-related activity, and/or access control exceptions while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
