Description
处理考勤异常，月初核对上个月考勤，外包员工考勤，蓝领休假天数汇总，考勤打印并签字，下月预排班并签字，完成后提交HR；
各工序工时汇总；
每月设备维修登记核对并汇总非正常停机时间；
每月25-31号抄录PWCC液氮用量情况并汇总；
新员工入职培训及体检费用报销；
办理员工转正（正式员工及外包员工）；
煤气请购并报销（收到发票发HSE）；
模具请购（根据工艺部的邮件申请做PR或PO）；
车间易耗品的请购并跟踪到货情况；
月初各点检表的收集（如：废气、吊索具）并提交HSE；
车间各工序看板更新（COPQ、周计划安排等）；
每周一生产安全、质量周例会签到并做记录；
每月月初劳保用品的发放并汇总下月所需劳保用品及数量发HSE请购；
每季度季度之星推荐表；
员工矩阵图更新（如无特殊情况一季度更新一次）
处理车间员工的问题（如WD账号密码的重置，股票账号的开户及后续问题，考勤问题）；
