Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving innovation in testing approaches, fostering predictive and intelligent automation solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement in quality standards across projects. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing strategies with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives and timely delivery of testing milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Investment Banking, Java, Playwright.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating automation tools within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions to address challenges.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated test suites for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Selenium.
- The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
