Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Outsourcing and Strategic Initiatives leads complex portfolio workstreams and high‑visibility initiatives that enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and business outcomes across assigned hospitals and vendor partners. Operating with substantial independence, this role owns results for assigned portfolios, leads cross‑functional teams, and mentors/manages a mid‑sized to large-sized team. The Senior Manager exercises independent judgment to approve process/operational changes within portfolio guardrails,
innovates novel operational solutions, recommends policy and processes changes to executive leadership, and implements leadership‑approved solutions that drive measurable KPI improvements in quality, timeliness, and cost.
