Job Description:
The Assistant Director, Enterprise Solutions provides administrative and professional direction for Enterprise Solutions services across all areas of the College. This position communicates hardware, software, and training needs to the Director, Enterprise Solutions. The Assistant Director will provide and coordinate analysis, design, programming, and appropriate documentation to integrate new solutions into the Workday ERP. This position will also supervise assigned staff. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise Solutions.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an institution that holds accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and approved by the College with a bachelor's degree in computer science, systems science, system design, software engineering, or a related field. Two years of experience with Workday HCM, Financials, or Student. Experience providing advanced system support on troubleshooting complex issues that involve stakeholders across an organization. The candidate will have a strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and system workflows. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.
Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.
Annual Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000 (Depending on qualifications, the salary may be negotiable.)
