Scope & Impact
Full ownership of the Preschool & Girls segment representing -50% of kid’s business, with clear accountability for growth and performance. This is a for an 18-month contract.

The role of the Brand Manager is to assure that we have the winning and aligned Brand strategies and plans to further build the brand and LEGO love among consumers and shoppers. You will be playing a key role in securing that we continue to recruit new customers to retain and will focus on building awareness and drive consumer sales.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth Delivery
- Define and drive Preschool & Girls strategy to deliver short- and mid-term growth ambitions (Y+1 and in-year)
- Lead local deployment and amplification of global plans, ensuring strong localization and cultural relevance. Identify risks and opportunities early and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
Commercial & Portfolio Ownership
- Own portfolio strategy for Preschool & Girls selecting key drivers for communication and trade based on market potential. Ensure strong link between marketing plans and commercial performance.
Marketing Investment & Performance
- Own and optimize Preschool & Girls marketing investment model (media strategy, channel mix, ROI mindset).
- Drive effective allocation of resources with clear focus on impact and efficiency.
Consumer, Shopper & Market Insight
- Lead deep understanding of Preschool & Girls consumer and shopper behavior. Track KPIs and drive performance-based actions. Monitor competition and translate insights into actionable strategies
Demand & Financial Management
- Integrate marketing assumptions into demand planning process.
Execution Excellence
- Ensure best-in-class execution across all touchpoints (OESP).
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Lead alignment across marketing, sales and supply teams. Act as key connector to ensure end-to-end delivery of Preschool & Girls agenda.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive test & learn approach, pilot new initiatives and scale successful concepts.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as key point of contact for Preschool and Girls within IMA CG and IP leads
- Act as right hand to Marketing Head on Preschool & Girls agenda, influencing key decision
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in managing and executing brand initiatives, with visible impact on brand performance
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution – plan, prioritize and deliver
- Good understanding of business drivers and how marketing contributes to growth
- Experience with marketing planning and budget management, including performance tracking
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with data, drawing insights and turning them into actions
- Understanding of consumer and shopper behavior, including basic experience with research and campaign evaluation
- Stakeholder management - ability to work cross-functionally and align with different teams (e.g. sales, retail, finance), Positive and effective team-player with excellent collaboration skills
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills in English
- Ownership mindset – takes responsibility, follows through and delivers results
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with ability to adapt and improve things continuously
- Open to learn and being a strong problem solver
- Proficiency level in English both written and spoken is required
- An ability to work 3 days in the Prague office per week, 2 days from home.
