Description
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Managing and summarizing emails, mail, and office messages.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Caretaking of the lobby area, receptionist desk, and the kitchen.
- Other administrative duties as required.
- One or more years of related experience working in a corporate environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, in-person and over the phone.
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently.
