About the position
Join the customer support team of a leading French telecommunications company in Porto. As the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, you will help them with their mobile, internet, billing and account questions by phone, email and chat, and guide them to the right solution.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer requests in French by phone, email and chat
- Answer questions about services, contracts, billing and account settings
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and resolve them where possible
- Record each interaction accurately in the CRM system
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant team
Requirements
- Fluent French (C1 or native)
- Residence within 30 km of Porto
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 and 19:00
- EU work authorization or a valid Portuguese residence permit
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
