HR Specialist Payroll Operations

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is looking for an HR Specialist – Payroll Operations for a consultancy mission with our client in Brussels. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us as a K-Stone while working on-site within the client's HR Service Center, specifically the HR Pay & Post Pay Operations service team. This mission combines payroll operations, legal declarations, SAP HR implementation and cross-functional HR collaboration.

Your Role:

Under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accurate employee remuneration calculations within the required deadlines.
• Completing statutory declarations, including social security and payroll withholding tax declarations, in accordance with applicable rules and deadlines.
• Following up and implementing legal and internal changes in SAP, including initiation, testing and validation.
• Collaborating with other Service Teams and the HR Tribe on projects interacting with the Payroll domain.
• Operating as a specialist within the operational HR Pay & Post Pay Operations team.
• Using the available technical tools, including SAP HR, Excel, DB Access and HR Direct Access, to perform all planned operational tasks.
• Managing your daily priorities to ensure tasks are completed within the required deadlines.
• Taking responsibility for the correct execution and follow-up of monthly payroll calculations through to salary payment.
• Taking responsibility for the correct execution and follow-up of statutory declarations related to remuneration while strictly respecting applicable legal deadlines.
• Ensuring the correct execution and follow-up of the various controls in place within deadlines, and reviewing these controls as the subject matter evolves.
• Participating in the testing of new processes or process adaptations and providing the necessary feedback.
• Collaborating with analysts responsible for the technical aspects of the systems.
• Collaborating with colleagues in the HR Service Center in the execution of their daily tasks.
• Working closely with other HR specialist teams, including Social Regulations, Reward and Pension, as well as HR Business.
• Informing the team lead of problems encountered during process execution so that processes owned by the Service Team are maintained and kept up to date.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

• You have experience as an administrative manager or in managing operational processes.
• You are motivated by technical and complex subject matter.
• You have strong analytical skills and an affinity with numbers as well as social and tax regulations.
• You are dynamic, flexible and stress-resistant.
• You work methodically, rigorously and proactively.
• You are a team player and collaborate easily with a wide range of people.
• You are accurate, detail-oriented and carefully check your work.
• You can communicate with employees in both French and Dutch, in writing and orally.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.
• You are comfortable working with technical tools such as SAP HR, different types of databases, the Microsoft Office suite and HR Direct Access.
