Description
Our client is seeking a full time junior lawyer to join their team of professionals.
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and support to senior management and business units on legal, corporate and compliance matters
- Assist and support the legal team in all legal aspects of the firm's operations, including transactional, deal and contract matters, as well as liaise with the MLRO and risk officer
- Be involved in offering specialized legal counsel and insights tailored to the yachting and aviation industries
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and strategic advantage for clients
- Provide timely and accurate advice on complex legal issues related to transactions, regulatory matters, and industry specific challenges
- Draft, review and assist in transactional documents and complex commercial agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, service agreements, and NDAs
- Ensure clients operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Company formation preparation and filing and corporate governance including preparing minutes and resolutions
- Supporting with managing litigation and dispute resolution matters, collaborating with external counsel and other experts in the field
