(f/m/div) i n our Silicon Microphone team become a part of the heart of our organization by developing

strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our

business to thrive.  Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Continuously monitor and analyze emerging trends in acoustic sensor technology and relevant market sectors to identify opportunities and risks Develop a deep understanding of system and product requirements to deliver best-fit products and application solutions that meet customer-specific needs Be an expert in the complete audio chain , including microphone MEMS and ASICs , digital signal processors (DSPs) , audio codes , and transmission Serve as the technical interface between internal teams (R&D, Product Management, and Sales) and customers , translating requirements into actionable product definitions with a strong focus on ASIC topics Author technical articles , white papers , and application notes on trending applications and innovative technologies Present technical insights at internal and external conferences, building thought leadership in the industry Create technical documentation (e.g., datasheets, PRQ documents, application notes, battle cards, quality requirement profiles, and value propositions) Empower internal and external sales partners  with the latest technical and application knowledge Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  A degree in Electrical Engineering , Physics , or a related technical field At least 6-9 years of professional work experience in Product Marketing, R&D, or Technical Marketing Deep technical knowledge of acoustics, MEMS, analog/digital ASIC design, microphones, full audio-chain system integration, and audio SoCs Strong written communication skills , with experience or interest in authoring

technical articles, white papers, or application notes Confident  and articulate , with the ability to present

at internal and external conferences or technical forums Customer-facing

experience , with the ability to manage technical

discussions and drive design-in engagements Self-motivated  and pragmatic , with a proactive mindset , strong

interpersonal skills , and a team-player attitude Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align project

milestones with organizational goals Fluent in English; German is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams, customers, and stakeholders in a global environment #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
